We currently offer shipping within the UAE and selected international destinations(UNITED STATES, UNITED KINGDOM, GERMANY, FRANCE). If you are outside the UAE, please contact us for more information on whether we can ship to your country.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you of any significant delays.
UAE Orders: We offer standard shipping across the UAE. Shipping is free for orders over 1000 AED. For orders below 1000 AED, a flat shipping rate of 50 AED applies.
International Orders: Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country. International customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as customs clearance and courier delays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.
Due to the delicate nature of chocolate, we recommend avoiding shipping during extremely hot weather. For international shipments, we use insulated packaging to protect the chocolate, but shipping during warm months may affect product quality.
We are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier once the package leaves our facility.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on chocolate orders. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.
